"I enjoyed working by phone with Jerry Rankin of State Farm in Charlottesville, VA to determine my home’s estimated replacement cost yesterday. You never quite know what you’re in for with transactions that can come off lacking essential human elements in the world of business. The ease of connecting with Jerry who embodies the home-grown essentials that appear to have gone missing in so many, reminded me how fulfilling it is to have competency and excellence with authentic presence reflected back. Had I been in a hurry to “get it done”, I would have missed some cherished simple glimmers he allowed of family, and a quiet respectful humor that could have gone under the radar. I thought I was just updating my assessment. Turns out I was being educated in the art of pausing so as not to miss the opportunity for joy blipping in. To think I almost missed Jerry’s brief interjection of subtle humor. I laughed. We laughed. I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. And to think I had been thinking about shopping around for insurance companies whose commercials were more like Progressive’s who don’t have to rely on celebrities to sell their product. Suddenly my opinion of my local State Farm Agency went up several notches, to have hired someone, like Jerry, being Jerry, authentic and unpretentious, effective, and a privilege to be with."

"Most incompetence I have experienced, you will literally get charged for random things and they will give you a runaround instead of solving your issue. I am still waiting on my refund for $99 that was charged for wrong homeowner policy which I don’t even own."

"This office is pathetic, I'm done having them mess up my policies, and yesterday took the icing off the cake, I was lied too about the reason why my insurance was doubling, and when I found out the real reason that was just as bad, watch out because they will add your teenager to the most expensive vehicle you have even tho my teenager has her own assigned vehicle, not to mention they didn't put the right full coverage on a financed vehicle either, that took days to fix, so yea with being lied to about a bogus new law and them adding whatever they want I'm over this incompetent office."

"It was really kind of a surprise call today from State Farm, Hunter Wyant office here in Charlottesville, I was paying almost $600 for full coverage for 4 cars with one of the leading insurance company, but when I answered the phone, Mr. Robert Edmond which he is one of Hunter Wyant insurance agents started talking to me very nicely and very professionally and just after just few minutes I couldn’t reject his offer, now I have more full and collision coverage than I had with the other company for almost half the price I was paying!!! $315. That’s about $3000 less a year. It’s just unbelievable!!! Thank you so very much Mr. Robert Edmond for your kind, thoughtful, respectful and honest response and support. YOU are really very blessing to work with. Thank you WYANT HUNTER STATE FARM for all you do."
